I recently scheduled an a/c tune up. The guys were professional and were happy to provide details on any questions I had for them. They took about an hour checking out our basement furnace system and the outdoor a/c unit, and cleaned our condenser coils.

Had two people come out for annual A/C maintenance (one was a trainee) and both were very upfront and honest about everything they did. Great explanation at the end of the visit and plan on calling them again for our annual heater maintenance in a few months!

My furnace became unusable yesterday, after a quick search from another app it looked like this was the place to call and local. 20 minutes after I spoke to the phone rep there were 2 Technicians looking at it, just great service. Today they are downstairs hooking up my new furnace at a great price!

I have used Steves for almost 20 years. Service 3 houses and they did duct work for me on one house, and I also bought a new ac from them! I had 10 people coming to town for a large party, I would be expecting many guests and my home and my ac goes out in the Summer! What a nightmare! But Steve's took care of us.
