Had them out at the end of June because our AC wasn’t cooling evenly throughout the house. Plus we had never had our AC unit checked and being new to the house wasn’t even sure how old it was. Paid $99 bucks to be told our returns need to be reworked. But with it being just before 4th of July we would need to wait a couple weeks for a plan and estimate on how to fix our returns. It is mid September and we still haven’t heard ANYTHING back from them. Complete waste of money.

We are very pleased with the professional service that Steve's Heating and Cooling has provided us since June 2006. Today was no exception.Brian was really personable when he did a thorough testing of our system recommending it be replaced. Just talking to him and the knowledge he has of the business made me feel comfortable.Dylan and David did a wonderful job installing our new air conditioning and heating system. They were both friendly and happy to explain their work, answer any questions, and show me how to use the new thermostat when they were done. Our A/C went out late last night with 100+ degree summer temperatures predicted for the next day. When I called, it was after 10 pm so I assumed I would just leave a voicemail and someone would call me back in the morning. To my surprise, Steve’s Heating and Cooling answered and quickly put me on the schedule for 9 am the next morning! Bryan, the technician sent to us, was timely, helpful, and kind. He had our system fixed in less than 20 minutes! Steve’s Heating and Cooling consistently has great service and their Seasonal Maintenance program is great! Because we signed up for the program, we were given priority scheduling for our appointment today and got a discount on the needed parts. I can’t recommend Steve’s Heating and Cooling highly enough!

I've dealt with Steve's for the past 10 years and found them to do a very good job, on time, and they don't break the bank. Today, I met Bryan for the first time and asked him how long he'd been in the business, to which he said 35 years. He answered all my questions and serviced my AC unit while he talked. Most guys aren't that good at doing 2 things at once. I've recommended Steve's on several occasions to neighbors and friends and will continue to do so in the future.

Heat index of 120 F and Steve's got Bryan out here asap. He diagnosed a bad capacitor, changed it with one he had on his truck and my house is quickly cooling back to my normal settings. Great job Bryan and Steve's!

I have used Steve’s for about 20 years for HVAC standard maintenance. Last night I realized that the house had heated up to 80 degrees even though the fan was running. I called about 7:30am and Josh was here by 10:30. Everything is cooling down nicely now. Thanks!

I was searching for someone who could diagnose and repair my A/C in the house I just bought. I had more than one company come out, (some of which took over a week to even call me back, much less to get scheduled) and they all recommended getting a ductless system for my upstairs. This would have cost me tens of thousands of dollars. I was desperate, as the temperature was climbing into the 90s and I found Steve's Heating and Cooling. They were absolute lifesavers! The owner himself, Shaun, came out almost immediately to take a look. He noted that the system I had was likely a very easy fix, and recommended I hold off on any kind of expensive mini-split setup, at least until we get the basics going. He sent a master technician named Josh out the next day and even did so in the evening, to accommodate my work schedule. It took less than 30 minutes and Josh had my house cooling off, and we are so happy with the service. They are a family-owned business and it shows. They truly care about the people they are serving, and they do business honestly, respectfully and promptly. I wish I could give 20 stars, because this is customer service that is unmatched and I am so thankful!!

I was very satisfied with the installation by the technician that installed our new heating and ac system. They were very courteous and helpful in explaining the new system and were more than willing to answer any questions that we had concerning the operation of the new system.I would diffenently recommend Steve’s Heating and Cooling as an honest and reputable company.Josh the tech that came out to service our old heating system was very helpful and no pressure to buy their heating and air conditioning system as our old system was approaching 30 years old and getting where we had to have a service tech out every year with some type of problem .

Cordell arrived in a very timely manner when we had furnace/heat pump issues. His systematic approach to diagnosing the problem was efficient, informative, and professional. The repair was very fairly priced. I feel very fortunate when having someone come into our home who is knowledgeable, courteous, and professional.
